The water did not just pour down; it crashed hard off a tall, dark cliff. It looked like a giant wall of white foam hitting the rocks below. The wind blew a cold, wet mist straight into my face, making me gasp. Then, I saw something truly amazing. Thousands of butterflies were flying right in the middle of the wet spray. Beautiful blue, bright green, and deep black wings were dancing in the air. They were not afraid of the loud, powerful water at all.
I stood completely still in the rain, soaked from head to toe. Watching those colorful wings fly around the wild waterfall made all my worries vanish. For a moment, the busy world outside simply disappeared.
